Privacy Policy — Habit Kramedha

Last updated 28 July 2026 · Published by Lyvorian Studio

This policy describes what Habit Kramedha does with your information. It is written to match what the app actually does; where a feature is optional, that is said plainly.

The short version

Habit Kramedha is an offline-first habit tracker. Your habits, notes and records are stored encrypted on your own device. They are not uploaded to us. We do not sell data, and we never send your habit content to advertisers.

What is stored on your device

All of this is encrypted at rest with AES-256. The key is held in your device's secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain).

Biometric data never reaches the app. Face ID and fingerprint are handled entirely by your operating system, which only tells Habit Kramedha yes or no.

What leaves your device, and only if you choose it

Google Drive backup (optional, off by default)

If you turn on Drive backup, Habit Kramedha uploads an encrypted backup file to a private application folder in your Google Drive. We cannot read it. The app requests access to that folder only — not to the rest of your Drive. Your Google account tokens are never included inside a backup.

Habit Kramedha's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Concretely, that means the Drive data this app touches is used only to provide the backup and restore feature you switched on; it is never transferred to anyone else except as needed for that feature, never used for advertising, and never read by a human — the file is encrypted on your device before it is uploaded, and the key never leaves your account.

Sharing and exports (only when you tap share)

When you export a CSV, Excel file, PDF or progress image, the file is created on your device and handed to whatever app you choose to share it with. Private habits are excluded from exports by default.

"Download my data" produces an unencrypted, readable copy of everything, and deliberately includes private habits and notes — it is for you. Store it carefully.

Purchases

If you subscribe, the purchase is handled by Google Play or the App Store. We receive a receipt to verify the subscription is genuine. We never see your card details.

Analytics and crash reports (opt-in, off by default)

If you turn this on, Habit Kramedha may send:

It can never send:

This is not a promise about our intentions; the app is built so there is no way to attach text to an analytics event at all.

Advertising (free plan only)

The free plan shows a banner advertisement below your habit list. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob. No habit, health, mood or note data is ever sent to an advertising service. You can choose personalised, non-personalised, or no ads at all in Settings. Advertisements never appear on sign-in, PIN, payment, account-deletion, private-note, timer or full-screen sheet views.

Founder Pro removes advertising entirely.

Phone number and sign-in

If you sign in with a mobile number, that number is used to send a verification code and to identify your account. Verification codes are never stored. Complete phone numbers are never written to logs or analytics — the app deliberately shows and records only a masked form.

Children

Habit Kramedha is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your rights and controls

Deleting the app also removes its local data, but not any Drive backups you created.

Deleting your account

Local deletion, Google Drive backup deletion and cancelling a subscription are separate actions, and doing one does not do the others. The account deletion page sets out each of them, including what uninstalling the app does and does not remove.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the app will tell you before the change takes effect.
