Who we are
Lyvorian Studio is an independent software studio operating from India, founded in 2026. It is not a registered company at the time of writing. Contact: support@lyvorianstudio.co.in.
What these terms cover
Finance Tracker (web, and the Android app when released) and Habit Kramedha (Android, unreleased at the time of writing). Using either means you accept these terms.
Your account
- A Finance Tracker account requires a username, a password and an email address. The email address is required, not optional.
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include a number. They are stored only as salted hashes.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and any PIN you set confidential.
- One person, one account. Do not share credentials.
What you may not do
- Attempt to access another user’s account or records.
- Attempt to obtain paid features without paying for them.
- Probe, scan or disrupt the service, or automate abusive levels of traffic.
- Upload content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to upload.
If you find a security flaw, please report it to support@lyvorianstudio.co.in rather than exploiting it. Good-faith reports are welcome.
Your data belongs to you
The records you enter are yours. You can export them at any time, and you can delete your account and its data — see the account deletion page. We do not sell your data.
Not financial advice
Finance Tracker is a record-keeping and planning tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting or trading advice. EMI calculations, currency conversions and projections are estimates and should be independently verified. The app is not a bank, and it does not connect to or control your bank accounts. Its optional trading journal records trades you enter yourself; it does not place, execute or recommend trades. Decisions you make with the help of this software are your own.
Availability
This is a small independent studio. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. There is no guaranteed uptime, no formal service level, and no guaranteed response time for support. Features may change or be withdrawn. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes, and to avoid destroying your data.
Backups are your responsibility too
The app provides export and backup tools and we take reasonable care, but you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Please read how emailed backups work in the Finance Tracker privacy policy before relying on them — they are sent as unencrypted attachments.
Ending your use
You can stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that is being used to attack the service or other users, or to break these terms. Where practical we will tell you why.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lyvorian Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from decisions you make using the software. Nothing here attempts to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
These terms are versioned and dated at the top. If they change materially we will update the version and date, and note it in the studio notes.
